The Dolphin Smart Solar Street Light is built to maintain efficient operation in rugged environments. Its explosion-proof design and construction contains the unit, protecting it from vandalism and bad weather. An ingress protection rating of IP65 protects against solid particles and liquid ingress in environments where there may be dust or water sprays. The system has a robust impact resistance rating of IK08 (e.g. similar to sustaining the impact of 1.7 kg dropped from 300mm, without damage) and a wind load rate of 130mph (>45M/S).

The Dolphin Smart Solar Street Light has the latest inbuilt solar technology with daylight-sensing ‘bi-facial’ solar panels, which collect both direct and indirect (reflected) sunlight for maximum energy collection. The clever ‘Smart Detect’ feature and in-built lithium-ion rechargeable battery optimise energy use and preserve battery-life with ‘power-saving mode’ (scaled relative to battery charge), illuminating at 100% brightness when movement is detected and switching to 30% brightness in power-saving mode.

With overall reduced capital works and infrastructure costs, the Dolphin Smart Solar Street Light proves itself as a more cost-effective, eco-friendly option over regular street lights.

Its unique connectivity allows you to manage a group in its entirety or single units independently and with its versatile add-on options, you customise your lighting to include monitoring and surveillance in the areas that you need it.

The optional 4G SIM Cloud Module provides in-app control and monitoring access remotely using a computer or handheld device. The Smart Camera Module (also optional) offers live, off-grid surveillance capability featuring 1080p resolution, 360° view, face detect, 36x zoom, smart alerts and 100m motion-activated triggered recording at 15-20 metres.
