Automatic dusk-to-dawn operation

The PLS-TSB-5W-6K operates completely automatically with its built-in light sensor. At dusk, the light activates at 100% brightness (500 lumens) for the first four hours, then intelligently dims to 50% for the remainder of the night to conserve battery life. At dawn, it switches off and begins recharging via the integrated solar panel. There are no timers to set, no switches to flip, and no electricity bills to pay — it simply works, night after night.

Integrated solar power system

The all-in-one design combines a high-efficiency 5.5V 4.5W monocrystalline solar panel with a 3.7V 8.8Ah lithium battery, providing 20–24 hours of backup capacity on a full charge. Even after several overcast days, the battery maintains enough reserve to keep your signage illuminated. The 8–9 hour charge time means the unit fully replenishes during typical Australian daylight hours, delivering reliable year-round performance.

Constructed from durable aluminium and polycarbonate with an IP65 weatherproof rating, the PLS-TSB-5W-6K is built to withstand rain, dust, humidity, and UV exposure.
