Designed and engineered for high-performance, longevity and durability 

The ORCA sports lighting range is designed and built to provide reliable, high-performing, targeted illumination in purpose-specific community environments. The inbuilt Phillips 5050 LED chips are powerful enough to produce targeted illumination across a wide area (with multiple wattage options available) at 15,000, 20,000 and 40,000 lumens for settings where long periods of quality illumination are required. 

Quality construction and innovative IP65-rated explosion-proof design (IP66 for 200W models) contains the unit protecting it from solid particles and liquid ingress in harsh environments and vandalism in public spaces. This sports lighting also withstands strong winds with a wind load rate 130mp/h, has a strong impact resistance rating of IK08 and it can even melt snow with its optional snow-melting feature. Integrated heat fins ensure enhanced heat dissipation, promoting even better product longevity in isolated locations in the coolest (and hottest) climates, with an operating temperature range of -20ºC to 65ºC.

Customise your lighting and monitor and control them remotely

The patented modular design of the ORCA Sports Lighting range includes individual 30º adjustable LED modules for precise illumination placement. This provides customisation and flexibility for commercial and industrial spaces of any size and function that require unique lighting application. Operate the ORCA as a single stand-alone unit or strategically position multiple units across a larger space to illuminate numerous sub-areas of a precinct. 

ORCA sports lighting can be remotely controlled and monitored with the optional 4G SIM Cloud Module using a computer or handheld device. Control the units individually or as a collective, setting them to suit the illumination and safety requirements for each sub-area such as the playing field, training cages, goal posts, start/finish lines, spectator seating and the canteen. In an industrial setting this may include outdoor task-specific work areas, entry and exit points or storage areas requiring high illumination on equipment and assets. Pre-set motion sensors can provide illumination only when triggered for safety and security with a sensor reach of 20-25 metres. 

Eco-friendly: save on energy and running costs

ORCA sports lighting is powered by clean solar energy, meaning that less electrical infrastructure is required for installation and minimal ongoing maintenance, saving you money. Going solar means there is no connection to grid-generated power (no energy bills!), providing further cost savings. In fact, ORCA solar sports lighting has the latest inbuilt solar technology with daylight-sensing ‘bi-facial’ solar panels, which collect both direct and indirect (reflected) sunlight for maximum energy collection. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery and Smart Detect feature also optimises energy use and preserves battery-life with ‘power-saving mode’ – you can’t get much more energy efficient than that.
