The Plusrite AL-V2 is a heavy-duty 100W LED street light with field-selectable 125W and 150W output, designed for outdoor area lighting across roads, car parks, walkways and commercial perimeters. Manufactured from die-cast aluminium with a high-pressure powder-coated finish, it delivers reliable performance in Australian conditions.
One luminaire covers three wattage levels, so specifiers and installers can standardise on a single fixture and dial in the right output on site. That makes it a flexible choice for retrofit projects where existing pole spacing varies, and a clean specification choice for new builds.

A selectable-wattage 100W LED street light gives lighting designers, electrical contractors and facility managers genuine flexibility. Instead of stocking three discrete fixtures for varying pole spacings or local council illumination requirements, the AL-V2 lets you commission one luminaire and adjust output to suit. The wattage selector is housed inside the gear tray and is set during installation, so once on the pole the fixture behaves like a fixed-output luminaire with predictable power draw.
From a maintenance perspective, this design also reduces the spare parts burden. A single replacement unit can step in for a failed 100W, 125W or 150W fixture across an entire site, which is particularly useful on rolling refurb programs and large logistics sites.
At the 100W setting, the AL-V2 delivers around 13,000 to 14,000 lumens of usable output, which suits typical pole spacings of 25 to 30 metres on local roads, internal driveways and standard car parks. Stepping up to 125W or 150W extends spacing on wider lanes and higher mounting heights. Always reference the photometric file (IES) supplied with the datasheet when planning new installations to confirm uniformity ratios for your application.
This 100W LED street light replaces traditional 250W to 400W metal halide and high-pressure sodium luminaires, with energy savings typically in the 50 to 65 percent range when whole-of-life maintenance is included. LED also removes warm-up delays, runs at full output at start and offers significantly better lumen maintenance over a 50,000 hour rated life.
